Tier 2 IT Service Desk Technician / Full‑Stack Web Engineer (Live‑in)
Role overview
Split between managed IT support and web engineering. You’ll troubleshoot Windows Server/365, build features in Node/Next.js, and help automate internal workflows.
What you'll do
- Resolve Tier 2 tickets (AD, FSLogix, Hyper‑V, networking)
- Develop and maintain websites and APIs (JS/TS)
- Automate deployments, inventory, and reporting
- Document SOPs and mentor junior techs
